Muslim Brotherhood #Military_Coup hashtag stats!

Muslim brotherhood still cannot understand that 30th June was a full revolution and it's not a military coup, hence they have created a hashtag to escalate their loss to the world asking for a military support in Egypt. 

How can they do that? By inventing that what is happening in Egypt is a military thing and democracy needs your support in Egypt #Militarily

So that they created a hashtag called #Military_Coup to make it like there's a military coup in Egypt. 

This is to let you know where they stand now on twitter and what is their real position on the liberal social network.

Facebook #Hashtags and Privacy Issue!

Facebook Hashtags work on personal profile posts, fan page posts, group posts, event posts, and all comments. As with all personal profile features on Facebook, privacy settings prevail. 

If you publish a post on your profile to friends only, and the post contains a hashtag, the hashtag will be clickable and open up to display all other posts on Facebook containing that hashtag but: 
  • Only friends can see friends-only posts that show up in hashtag searches. - Public posts—with or without hashtags—are public. 
  • Private (friends-only) posts—with or without hashtags—are private and visible to friends only.
  • Even when friends include hashtags in comments on your friends-only thread, your post is still private and visible just to your friends.
  • With hashtags shared in private groups, the hashtag will open to show public posts with that tag (along with any friends' posts with that tag), but posts from the private group would only show to members.
  • Individual comments on threads do not surface in hashtag searches; just posts show in searches.

Based on the above facts: 
  • Facebook hashtags aren't effective like twitter because of the privacy issue.
  • Facebook made a huge favor to twitter by giving awareness on hashtags. (twitter best utility) 
To win:
Facebook has to connivence their users to change their posts visibility to PUBLIC and that will be totally hard why?

On twitter there's nothing to lose while on facebook you will be under a huge threat:
  • Users on facebook are keeping all their life photos, gave a lot of details on their lives (work, experiences, school, collage, material status, life-events, families, close friends, and much more...)
  • While twitter has nothing than an Avatar and a small BIO 
  • For brands: 
  • Facebook hashtags aren't measurable like twitter and i believe that social media tools won't be able to do so because of facebook API issues. 
  • When people search or click hashtags and find no useful or new, up-to-date stories. 

Conclusion: from my point of view, i believe that facebook hashtags will fail BIG TIME, It's my pleasure to receive your comments and have more insightful conversation :)

HTC and Samsung Twitter War

HTC and Samsung have started a war of words on Twitter, both started to exchange twitter slaps! Here you go the full story.. 

HTC UK tweeted that they won the “hottest phone of 2013” at the mobile awards copying Samsung UK in their tweet

Both Samsung & htc started to exchange Twitter slaps on public

A funny reply to both Samsung & htc who didn’t reply to each other or LG

1.Neither Samsung nor htc won in that war but LG who took over them by a wise tweet

2.Other competitors can take advantage while you’re stuck with another

3.LG UK gained 7K followers because of tweet taking over competitors

4.Customers do not care about awards you take but benefits they get from you

5.People love to see brands fight and harm their brand names to laugh and that’s clear from the number of retweets and favorites

6.Do not tag your competitor in outgoing messages and do not reply to any of 
their messages 

7.Respect your competitors to get people’s respect

If you were Samsung, would you reply htc?

أولا خبر خطف 7 جنود ثانيا فيديو للجنود تحت تهديد السلاح ورسالة ضمنية من الخاطفين ان الرئيس مرسي هو من يملك الحل وان وزير الدفاع قاعد علي كرسيه ولا يكترث بجنوده مع ان 6 من الجنود المخنطفين من قوات الشرطة وفقط عريف متطوع من الجيش !!

البطاقات الذكيه للبنزين في مصر خبر اثار استيائى  ففى الوقت الذى قررنا فبه نحن فى شركتنا المتواضعه ان نقوم بتحويل سياراتنا لتعمل بالغاز مع البنزين لم يفكر فيه رئيس الوزراء وحكومته الا فى رفع الدعم عن البنزين وقرر ان نظام البطاقات الذكيه سيطبق على السيارات الحكوميه من اول مايو وعلى الباقى من اول يوليو وبكل الصدق ادعو رئيس الوزراء ان يصدر قرارا سياديا بتحويل السيارات الحكوميه لتعمل بالغاز مع البنزين وان يتم تحويل سيارات النقل العام كذلك والتاكسى الاجره ويكون ذلك مع الترخيص من المرور قبل ذلك على الحكومه ان تقوم بالتوسع فى انشاء محطات التحويل والتموين لتكون متاحه للجميع ولا تحدث ازمات بعد ذلك ارفع الدعم لانك قد وفرت البديل سيدى الوزير لا تساهم فى زياده ازمات المجتمع ففى تصورى ان اصحاب السيارات لن يستطيعوا مواكبه اسعار البنزين المقترحه وسيقومون بايقافها امام مجلس الوزراء وعليك ان تعلم جيدا ان معظم من يمتلك سياره يمتلكها بالتقسيط وانت تزيد اعباءه بدلا من تساهم فى زياده دخله سيدى رئيس الوزراء عندك البديل فقط اتخذ القرار فيما انت لك سلطه مطلقه عليه من السيارات الحكوميه والنقل العام واترك مالكى السيارات الخاصه احرار فى الاختيار بين الغاز ورفع الدعم

Again, +Coca-Cola Egypt impresses the community with a new POSITIVE campaign! Etganen "Be Crazy" which gained 2.6 million views on YouTube in less than a month to screw mobinil's song last Ramadan. 

Coca Cola Egypt is considered number 1 brand YouTube channel in Egypt after this huge success for their newest campaign #Etganin

Concept: Do something crazy and bring happiness to people who need it, don't look to people's negative comments, do what you feel comfortable and will bring happiness to others. 

The campaign on social media: 
Campaign has started on social media 6th of Jan, 2013 by uploading the commercial ad on YouTube to get 2.6 million views in one month!

Different thinking styles

Whole Brain Thinking & Assessment
•The concept and process of Whole Brain thinking was discovered and pioneered over 35 years ago by Ned Herrmann, a physicist, entrepreneur, artist and musician.
•Ned spent most of his career as a manager at GE Corporate Headquarters. Based on Ned's research, and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), we now know that the brain is comprised of four areas, or quadrants (A,B,C,& D) that control the way we learn, interpret, process information, and interact with others.

What is Whole Brain Thinking?
•Whole Brain thinking means using all of the brain's 4 highly specialized functions and thought processes.
•Every person's brain has the same four quadrants, but not everyone uses them in the same way as anyone else, or with the same strength of preference. (You probably already know that from talking to people who just don't "get it!").
•Using Whole Brain thinking in your personal and professional life requires you to stretch across to other, less-preferred quadrants to get the job done, work better with your team, or talk to you partner or children with greater clarity (for them).

What are the Four Brain Quadrants?
Below are the quadrant descriptions that comprise any thinking style (based on the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and Whole Brain Thinking Model):
•Analyze: This quadrant of your brain is looking for facts, logic, statistics and data. The information will answer the question, "What?," and provides the rationale for listening, taking action, or making buying decisions.
•Organize: This part of your brain wants details, preferably arranged in a systematic way (e.g., linear and sequential). It also is concerned with safety, reliability, and history. It looks for answers to the question, "How?“
•Personalize: Here, your brain is searching for an emotional connection from the personal who is speaking, or to the person who is listening. The emotional component is a strong motivating factor, and it needs you to answer the question, "Who?“
Strategize: The fourth quadrant looks for the big picture, a vision of the future. It likes to set long-term goals and explore possibilities. It searches for an answer to the question, "Why?"

What is the difference between the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) & MBTI?
People sometimes confuse the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) with other assessments, so let's set the record straight:
•The HBDI inspired by the physiology of your brain ; is based on a metaphor of how our brain actually works, and is used to determine thinking preferences and thinking styles. The model demonstrates that each of us has access to all four styles (in contrast to other assessment models).
•The MBTI — Myers-Briggs Type Indicator — is a psychological assessment that determines one of 16 personality types.
•The HBDI is the only assessment based on the metaphor for how the brain works, rather than the psychology of personality or behavior, and provides a clear picture of how people prefer to think and learn. This gives the HBDI and the Whole Brain Model great applicability to a wide range of business challenges, and makes it a practical tool to take the information learned beyond individual data, and into a new way of thinking.
